26723 <br> This is a particularly hideous early 1930s Van Beuren cartoon. Bad timing, bad drawing, bad animation, weak story, everything about this is technically awful. However, it is so enormously politically incorrect, I give it <strong>five stars</strong>. <p>Tom and Jerry pointlessly morph into black characters, strictly to allow haphazard Amos & Andy schtick. Then a bunch of crazy stuff happens, and the cartoon ends with Tom and Jerry being chased by cannibals - the bone-inna-nose kind you don't see in cartoons today. <em>Guaranteed to amuse and offend!</em></p> <p>This cartoon is widely available on a DVD compilation of nicely-mastered and apparently restored prints of Tom and Jerry cartoons, which sells for $1 in bargain stores everywhere. Look for it at your local dollar store before eating up your bandwidth with this download.
